What is the Remember & Renew approach?

Remember & Renew is Johnathon Martin's signature approach to personal growth, self-awareness and authentic living.

In a world filled with constant distraction, information and external pressure, many people lose touch with who they really are. Remember & Renew creates the space to pause, reflect and reconnect with your values, strengths and deeper sense of purpose.

Rather than offering quick fixes or motivation that fades, the approach combines self-awareness, reflection, practical wisdom and meaningful conversation to help people gain clarity, build resilience and create lasting positive change.

Every keynote, workshop and retreat is designed to leave people with greater awareness, renewed perspective and practical actions they can immediately apply in their lives.

Who is Rising Man for?

Rising Man is a personal development programme created for teenage boys and young men aged 15–21.

The programme helps young men develop the qualities that aren't always taught in school, including self-awareness, emotional resilience, confidence, personal responsibility, communication, leadership and authentic self-belief.

It is suitable for:

* Secondary schools and sixth forms

* Colleges and universities

* Youth organisations

* Community groups

* Parents seeking additional support for their sons

The aim isn't simply academic success - it is helping young men become grounded, resilient and confident as they navigate education, work, relationships and adult life.
