About Johnathon
Remember Who You Are
Many people spend their lives trying to become someone else.
My work helps them remember who they are.
That simple idea has guided my own journey for more than three decades and continues to shape every talk, workshop and retreat I facilitate today.
I believe that beneath the noise of modern life - beneath our thoughts, expectations, roles and responsibilities—there is a quieter place within each of us.
A place of awareness.
A place of clarity.
A place of peace.
A place from which wiser decisions, healthier relationships and authentic living naturally emerge.
My work is about helping people reconnect with that place.

My Journey
Like many people, my journey has not been a straight line.
It has been shaped by lived experience, learning, unlearning, challenge, curiosity and continual reflection.
For more than 30 years I have explored self-awareness, yoga, meditation, positive psychology and personal development, always searching for a deeper understanding of what it means to live well.
Along the way I have worked in business, raised a family, travelled, volunteered, mentored young people and experienced the same uncertainties, successes and setbacks that many people face.
These experiences have taught me something simple but profound:
The greatest changes in our lives rarely come from finding more information.
They come from seeing ourselves more clearly.

My Philosophy
I don't believe people need fixing.
I believe people need space.
Space to slow down.
Space to think.
Space to ask better questions.
Space to reconnect with what is already true.
When we develop greater self-awareness, we naturally begin to:
respond rather than react
think more clearly
remain calmer under pressure
communicate more consciously
build stronger relationships
live with greater authenticity
This is why every experience I create begins with awareness.
Because awareness creates choice.
Choice creates freedom.
Freedom allows us to live in greater alignment with who we truly are.

Remember & Renew
The experiences I create are designed to help people pause, reconnect and move forward with renewed clarity.
Every talk, workshop and retreat is tailored to the audience, but they all share the same intention:
To create an environment where people can step away from distraction, reconnect with themselves and return to life with greater presence, purpose and perspective.
Whether I am working with a leadership team, speaking at a conference, facilitating a retreat or supporting young people, my aim is always the same:
To create meaningful experiences that people continue to reflect on long after the event has finished.
Working Together
I work with organisations, retreat hosts, conference organisers and educational institutions who want to create experiences that genuinely make a difference.
Together we explore topics such as:
Self-awareness
Presence
Authentic leadership
Emotional intelligence
Personal wellbeing
Resilience
Purpose
Conscious communication
Living in alignment with your values
Every session is bespoke.
Every audience is different.
The principles remain the same.
Beyond the Stage
Away from speaking and facilitation, I continue to study, practise and explore the ideas that inspire my work.
Yoga, meditation and reflective practice remain an important part of my own life, helping me stay connected to the principles I share with others.
I believe we never stop learning.
Every conversation, every experience and every person we meet has something to teach us—if we are present enough to notice.
A Personal Invitation
Whether you are planning a conference, organising a retreat, developing a leadership team or creating a wellbeing event, I would be delighted to help you create an experience that encourages people to pause, reflect and reconnect with what matters most.
After all, meaningful change rarely begins with doing more.
It begins with becoming more aware.
And sometimes, all we need is the opportunity to remember who we are.
Let's create that experience together.
"My mission is to contribute to a more aware, compassionate and conscious world by creating experiences that help people remember who they are and live more truthfully in alignment with that understanding."
