Speaking
Talks That Create Space to Think, Reflect & Remember Who You Are
I create and deliver engaging, practical and thought-provoking talks around self-awareness, personal development, wellbeing and living a more conscious and meaningful life.
My approach has developed over many years of exploring yoga, meditation, positive psychology, personal development, lifestyle redesign and self-awareness - combined with experience speaking to different audiences in schools, community settings, online and internationally.
My aim is simple:
To give people ideas they can actually use to live better.
Bespoke Talks for Your Audience
I don't believe every audience needs the same talk.
I can create and deliver bespoke speaking experiences based around your audience, event, organisation or theme.
Over the years I have spoken in a variety of settings, including schools across London, online events and an ashram in Rishikesh, India, adapting my approach to the people in the room and the purpose of the event.
My talks are designed to be accessible, engaging and relevant - whether I'm speaking to young people taking their first steps into adulthood or adults reflecting on what they want from their next chapter.
Topics I've Explored
The Meaning & Benefits of Yoga
Yoga is much more than physical movement.
This talk explores the wider meaning of yoga and how its principles can support self-awareness, wellbeing, connection and a more balanced way of living.
Deliberate Lifestyle Redesign
Are you living the life you actually want - or simply the life you've fallen into?
This talk explores how becoming more conscious about how we spend our time, energy and attention can help us create a lifestyle that feels more aligned.
Happiness & Wellbeing
Happiness isn't simply something that happens to us.
This talk explores practical ideas around awareness, connection, perspective, habits and intentional living that can contribute to greater wellbeing.
Clarity & Life Direction
What do you actually want from your life?
This talk explores how self-awareness, reflection and questioning can help us move through uncertainty, make better choices and find greater clarity about where we're heading.
Speaking With Young People
I've also spoken in schools across London through my work representing The Promise Foundation and Excel In Key Subjects.
Working with young people has reinforced something I believe strongly:
Good life skills shouldn't be something we discover by accident when we're 40.
There are simple ideas around self-awareness, confidence, relationships, choices, wellbeing and personal responsibility that can make a difference much earlier in life.
As my work develops, I'm particularly interested in sharing practical ideas and key principles for good living with people aged 15–50, both in the UK and internationally.
What People Can Expect
My talks aren't about pretending to have all the answers.
They're about starting better questions.
Depending on the audience and subject, a session might include:
* Thought-provoking ideas
* Practical life principles
* Personal reflection
* Stories and real-world experience
* Simple exercises
* Questions and discussion
* Ideas people can take away and apply
The intention is for people to leave with something to think about, something to try and perhaps a slightly different perspective on themselves and their lives.
Available For
I'm available for bespoke speaking engagements, conferences, schools, organisations, wellbeing events, retreats, community events and online audiences.
If you have a particular theme, audience or event in mind, I can work with you to develop a talk around your requirements.
