Three Ways I Can Help Bring Your Ideas, Expertise & Experiences to Life.

3 ways i can help you - text on plain background.

Over the years, I've created and delivered a lot of my own material around yoga, meditation, mindfulness, self-awareness, personal development, communication and wellbeing.

I've also spent many years presenting, speaking, mentoring and working with people.

And I've realised something.

I don't always need to be the person who creates all the content.

Sometimes the most valuable thing I can offer is my ability to take good ideas, knowledge and experiences and bring them to life for an audience.

That's why I'm developing my work around three different ways of working with people, organisations and businesses in the wellbeing, self-awareness and personal development space.

1. My Content. My Delivery.

I bring my expertise to you.

This is the most familiar part of my work.

I have my own ideas, experiences and approaches around self-awareness, personal alignment, mindfulness, presence, wellbeing and personal development.

I can bring these to your audience through:

* Talks and presentations

* Interactive workshops

* Facilitated experiences

* Retreat sessions

* Meditation and mindfulness

* Personal development sessions

* Corporate wellbeing

* Online sessions

One of the central ideas behind my work is Remember Who You Are.

In a world where we're constantly exposed to other people's opinions, expectations, demands and ideas about how we should live, it can be surprisingly easy to lose touch with ourselves.

My sessions create an opportunity to pause, become aware, reconnect and consider how we want to respond to life.

They can incorporate reflection, discussion, breath, movement, meditation and practical exercises - depending on the audience and purpose.

This is my content, delivered by me, to your people.

2. Your Content. My Delivery.

You bring the expertise. I bring the presentation.

There are many people with brilliant ideas, knowledge, programmes and material who don't necessarily want to be the person standing in front of an audience every time they need to deliver it.

Perhaps you're an expert.

An author.

A trainer.

A course creator.

A wellbeing provider.

A programme developer.

Or an organisation with an established body of knowledge or training material.

You may already have the content.

What you may need is someone who can present it, communicate it and facilitate it in an engaging and human way.

That's where I can help.

I can work with your existing material and deliver:

* Presentations

* Workshops

* Training programmes

* Courses

* Webinars

* Group sessions

* Events

* Facilitated discussions

The aim isn't to take ownership of your expertise.

It's to communicate it effectively.

You provide the knowledge, ideas or programme.

I provide the presentation and delivery.

3. Our Content. Our Delivery.

We combine our expertise and create something together.

And sometimes the best option isn't simply you providing the content or me providing mine.

Sometimes there's an opportunity to co-create something new.

Perhaps you have specialist knowledge and experience that I can complement with my experience of presenting, facilitating, personal development and working with groups.

Perhaps I have ideas that could be combined with your expertise.

Perhaps we're both bringing different perspectives to the same subject.

Together we can develop a session, workshop, retreat or event that neither of us would necessarily have created alone.

This could involve:

Co-creation - developing the content and experience together.

Co-presenting - sharing the stage and bringing different perspectives to the audience.

Co-facilitation - combining our skills to create a more engaging and varied experience.

It could be a one-hour workshop.

A half-day programme.

A retreat session.

A conference presentation.

A wellbeing event.

Or something completely bespoke.

The important thing is that we combine what we each bring.

It's About Bringing Good Ideas to People

Ultimately, I don't think it matters whether the best idea comes from me, you or somewhere in between.

What matters is whether it has value.

And whether we can communicate that value in a way that people can understand, experience and use.

I've always been fascinated by the gap between knowing something and actually experiencing it.

You can read about mindfulness.

You can listen to someone talk about self-awareness.

You can watch a presentation about wellbeing.

But sometimes a well-designed experience - something that allows people to pause, reflect, participate and discover something for themselves - can have a very different impact.

That's what good presenting and facilitation can do.

It can turn information into experience.

It can turn ideas into engagement.

And it can turn knowledge into something people can actually connect with.

Who I'd Like to Work With

I'm particularly interested in hearing from people and organisations working in:

Wellbeing • Self-Awareness • Personal Development • Mindfulness • Yoga • Meditation • Leadership • Communication • Life Skills • Workplace Wellbeing

That could include businesses, training providers, retreat hosts, wellbeing organisations, course creators, authors, speakers, coaches, trainers, communities and event organisers.

You might already have everything worked out.

You might have some great content but need help delivering it.

Or you might simply have an idea and wonder what could be created from it.

All three are worth a conversation.

I'm not looking to position myself as someone who has all the answers.

I'm interested in bringing people, ideas and experiences together.

Sometimes that means my content and my delivery.

Sometimes it's your content and my delivery.

And sometimes it's our content and our delivery.

Different combinations.

Different audiences.

Different possibilities.

But always with the same intention:

To create something worthwhile and bring it to life for the people experiencing it.

If you're working in the wellbeing, self-awareness or personal development space and have an idea, programme, course, event or opportunity you'd like to explore, I'd love to hear from you.

Let's see what we can create, present or deliver together.
